Mr. Khoury has over 20 years of management as well as public accounting experience in the United States and the Middle East.
Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the ICS Group, specializing in Customs Modernization and Reform Programs. He has been instrumental in developing and delivering quality services to our clients.
He joined PWC Logistics as its Chief Financial Officer in 1997. Prior to joining PWC Logistics, Mr. Khoury was an Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche, in the United States and Kuwait. While with Deloitte & Touche, he managed a large portfolio of clients in various industries, including Oil & Gas, Banking and Car Rental. He was also responsible for staff recruiting and training.
Mr. Khoury holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Lebanese American University. |

Ismail Abed

Ismail Abed works in the capacity of Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Agility.
He is also responsible for overseeing the MicroClear product development, project implementations and ensuring and maintaining the quality of the product. Coming from a background of 22 plus years in the IT industry and having gained experience in varied organizations; his contributions are valued for the MicroClear project implementations. He has extensive experience in management and leading IT teams to deliver key strategic projects.
Prior to joining Agility, Mr. Abed worked for FedEx as IT Director (Sub Saharan region) and also as the eCommerce Advisor for the Middle East, India and Africa region. He has held several key positions in the IT departments for various leading organizations such Bidvest Group, Johannesburg Stock Exchange and SPL. |

Robert Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman has more than 30 years of experience in export-import, pre-shipment inspection (PSI) and quality control.
He is responsible for the development and improvement of ICS’ price research procedures - to ensure efficiency and compliance with the WTO sanctioned valuation guidelines - as well as of ICS’ PSI auditing procedures. Mr. Hoffman is also in charge of ICS’s worldwide training programs for client governments’ personnel, and of the company’s internal quality control programs.
Mr. Hoffman was Director of Operations and Director of Standards & Procedures for Intertek - a PSI company, and subsequently worked as a consultant on PSI issues for Inspectorate (Suisse) S.A.
He holds an M.A. in Business Administration/Economics of Foreign Trade from the Academy of Economics, Bucharest, Romania. |

Girish Chandra Dube

Girish Dube works in the capacity of the MicroClear Product Director for the ICS Group. He is responsible for researching on New Technologies, prototype concepts and implementing them in MicroClear Product. He actively participates in project customization and implementation.
He has more than 18 years of experience in system development & deployment, with over 8 years in customs related projects. Prior to joining ICS, Mr. Dube worked for Abdul Latif Jameel as Senior Systems Analyst. He served in the IT departments for various organizations such as Saudi Arabian Marketing Company (SAMACO), SIMA Advanced Technologies and Asia African Legal Consultative Committee (UN).

Peter Scholz

As Director of Logistics, Peter Scholz is responsible for the startup of new operations in client countries, where he establishes the requisite human, technical and physical infrastructure. He also supervises and coordinates ICS's inspection operations worldwide.
Mr. Scholz comes to ICS with an extensive background in the field of physical inspection and sampling of commodities. He has held managerial and executive positions in the inspection field since 1974, working for a variety of international companies. He is a registered arbitrator with the Chamber of Commerce of Hamburg, Germany, and a sworn sampler for grains, vegetable and marine oils, and molasses and sugar. Carlos Schiopetto

Carlos Schiopetto is responsible for the implementation of a price research program for Argentina’s Customs Administration, and for managing ICS’ operational relationship with the Government of Argentina.
At the same time, Carlos Schiopetto is also in charge of all activities carried out by ICS Argentina in support to the implementation of ICS’ contracts worldwide.
As commercial director for Latin America, Carlos Schiopetto makes technical presentations to customs organizations throughout Latin America on ICS’ different solutions relating to valuation, compliance with the WTO guidelines and goods inspection. He implements and develops these solutions, and maintains contact with Latin American governments to provide technical and legal advice both prior to and during the implementation.
After obtaining a BA Law from University of Buenos Aires, Carlos Schiopetto obtained a BA in Marketing. Carlos Schiopetto has done postgraduate studies in labor and customs law, conflict resolution and international negotiation. Thereafter, he was awarded a Doctorate degree in Law.

Pierre Gravel

Mr. Gravel has over 40 years of Customs experience, including 20 years of experience consulting with leading customs agencies worldwide. Mr. Gravel has completed numerous modernization assignments throughout the world on behalf of the United nations (UN), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the European Union (EU), the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as well as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
Among others, Mr. Gravel served as Head of Mission for a UN/OSCE project in Macedonia; he was Chief of Party in Bosnia for a USAID/EU customs modernization project, and he was Senior Customs Advisor in Kenya for the HIID. Prior to serving as consultant, Mr. Gravel held senior executive positions with the Canadian Customs. Mr. Gravel provides in house consulting expertise for the provision of business process re-engineering and customs modernization studies on behalf of ICS' public sector customs. |
