••  Independent verification of the declared transaction value through a worldwide      price research. Identify cases of under-invoicing

••  Training of Customs officials in risk management, Article VII valuation, price      research, goods inspection, tariff classification and the use of the MicroClear Price      Research System

••  Help China Customs enhance its price database

••  Organize periodic meetings with China Customs officials to clarify valuation issues      and other specific WTO and WCO requirement
