In 2005, the Kuwait General Administration for Customs (KGAC) awarded ICS Group a 25-year Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) contract to modernize and manage the Kuwait Customs operations. MicroClear solution was selected to be the underlying technology for the Customs IT solution.

Since the adoption of MicroClear by Kuwait, more than 90% of all customs declarations are cleared electronically and the clearance timeline has shortened from days to a matter of hours. All of the major freight forwarders and expediters including major airlines and sea-borne carriers use MicroClear.
Support team provides round the clock (24 * 7 * 365) support for all the system related issues. Our team has vast experience providing such services specifically for Revenue Administrations.
