Legislative Assistance
The Group can: - Review the client country’s legal regime governing its Customs operations and, to the extent necessary, work with the client government to bring the related laws into conformity with the WTO requirements.
- Review the existing trade laws and assist in drafting any necessary revisions.
- Assist in the adoption of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS), if not already adopted.
