Post-Clearance Assistance

The Group can:

• Work with the Customs authorities to target companies for post-clearance audits based on risk assessment. Additionally, it can provide training and assistance in the auditing of shipments released immediately to the importer’s premises without document review or physical examination under special programs designed to expedite the entry process. 
• Conduct a complete assessment of bonded warehouses in the client country. Any shortcomings found will be reported to the client government with an appropriate set of recommendations which ICS can help implement. 
• Undertake a complete assessment of the procedures governing in-transit goods to ensure that goods transiting the client country without duties having been paid are not being diverted into the local market.
