Non-discrimination
ICS shall carry out its price verification activities in a non-discriminatory manner. The procedures and criteria employed will be objective and will be applied on an equal basis to all exporters affected by such activities. However, certain differences in procedures and criteria may occur depending upon the type, location and circumstances of the shipment or the requirements and scope of the price verification program of the client government.
